A multi-car crash around 8:30 a.m. Monday shut down both express lanes on one side of Interstate 95 in North Miami-Dade and, for about 20 minutes, one lane on the other side.
As of 9 a.m., Miami-Dade Fire Rescue trucks and personnel dealing with the crash still have the northbound express lanes blocked. Both southbound lanes are in use again, although the left express lane, which was closed entirely, is slowed.
