One body lies on the ground Tuesday morning at the site of a deadly car wreck on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade County.
As the Florida Highway Patrol began investigating, traffic delays mounted at the big curve near Miami Lakes.
Soon after, the expressway was shut down at Ludlam Road, 67th Avenue.
