According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, a woman was arrested after her vehicle crashed into a pole in Northwest Miami-Dade. The crash took place just after 10:00 p.m. on 71st Street in NW Miami-Dade. According to officials, the woman was traveling eastbound on 22nd Avenue when she crashed near the intersection of Northwest 71st Street and 22nd Avenue in NW Miami-Dade. The vehicle was removed by a tow truck and the woman was arrested. The woman was the only person inside of the vehicle at the time of the crash. Police officials are still working to determine exactly why the incident occurred. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, police said. The driver’s name has not been released at this time.
