In tort law, if an employee while in the scope of their employment for employer, drives a truck and hits and injures a plaintiff, the employer will be vicariously liable under the doctrine of respondeat superior for the injuries sustained by the plaintiff.
What is mediation? Mediation is a system for resolving personal injury lawsuits in which an outside person, a lawyer, or a judge gets the two sides in the lawsuit together to help resolve their differences.
