Rollover crash leaves Miami-Dade County employee hospitalized

A driver fled a rollover crash that left a Miami-Dade County employee injured Friday in southwest Miami-Dade.
The crash happened after 5 p.m. in the intersection of Southwest 197th Avenue and 190th Street, according to sheriff’s officials.
A Miami-Dade County Court Service Specialist employee was driving a marked county vehicle when it collided with another car at a four-way stop sign, officials said.
Footage from Chopper6 showed a Miami-Dade Police vehicle resting on its side and a silver sedan that crashed into it.
Officials said the other driver ran away and left the vehicle at the scene.
The county employee was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
