The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that occurred Monday morning on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County, involving a school bus and a black Mercedes-Benz SUV.
According to FHP Lt. Alex Camacho, the crash was reported shortly after 10:45 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Northwest 151st Street.
He said about 15 children were onboard the bus, but no one in either vehicle was injured.
Camacho confirmed that another bus arrived to transport the children.
Two lanes were shut down to traffic after the crash.
It wasn’t immediately clear what school the children attend or which driver was at fault.
