A Pembroke Pines police officer is recovering in the hospital one day after being involved in a violent motorcycle accident that left him trapped underneath a car. Sgt. John Baker, a 25-year old veteran had to undergo surgery at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood and is currently in critical condition. The accident occurred around 7am on Saturday at the intersection of Sheridan Street and 146th Street. According to officers, Sgt.
