According to a spokesperson for the Palm Beach Police Department, a head-on car crash left one child seriously injured and an elderly man stuck inside his car after a fatal wrong way head on collision. According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office crash report, the driver who caused the crash was driving his black Honda Civic the wrong direction on Okeechobee Boulevard near Haverhill Road in West Palm Beach. The crash occurred last night around 10pm. Police officers and fire rescue were dispatched to the scene of the accident. Unfortunately, the elderly man died at the scene of the accident. Currently, police officers are still investigating the cause of the crash. No further details have been released. This wrong way crash occurred near Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
