Truck Accident Attorneys in Miami & Broward
Because of the large size and weight of large pick-up trucks, passenger vehicles sustain most of the damage as do the car’s occupants when an accident does occur. It requires a large amount of money to provide proper medical treatment and ongoing care when a person sustains spinal cord injury or brain injury or some other type of catastrophic injury after being in a truck accident. In Florida, the law is designed to help place a plaintiff back where they were prior to sustaining an injury. Personal injury claims can be brought against individuals or businesses who are responsible for an injury and/or property damage. An injured plaintiff may recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, mental anguish, lost enjoyment of life, future expenses, and several other well recognized damages. To be compensated for an injury, legal action must be taken against the at fault party or business who caused the accident. If you have been injured in a truck accident, it is important for you to contact an experienced truck accident attorney in South Florida. Our attorneys can begin an investigation as to the cause of your truck accident to establish who should be liable for your damages.
