According to a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Police Department, a 33-year-old  woman has died after losing control of her Jeep Cherokee as she headed east on the  Dolphin Expressway late last night around 11pm. The fatal crash occurred on the Dolphin  Expressway near the exit to NW 57th Avenue. Officers have not yet determined the cause  of the crash and if speed was a factor. The accident remains under investigation,  according to the spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Police Department. No further details  have been released.
