A spokesperson for the Florida Highway Patrol says that two women have tragically died  after a crash on the I-95. The crash occurred around 3am this morning in the southbound  express lanes of I-95 near Miami Gardens Drive. FHP troopers have blocked all the  southbound lanes as they are investigating the cause of the crash. The crash involved a  grey Saturn sedan and a black Chevy pick-up truck. The driver of the pick-up truck  rammed into the Saturn sedan, leaving it sandwiched between the pick-up and a concrete  guardrail. No further details have been released. No matter how careful you are when driving, there is always a possibility that you will be  involved in a car accident due to someone else’s negligence. If being hurt in a car accident  isn’t bad enough, the way you are sometimes treated by the insurance companies and  their attorneys can sometimes be even more difficult to deal with. My experience is that  insurance companies will try their best to deny or reduce the value of your claim. Even  when they are legally required to pay your claim, they will delay doing so if they can. You  must remember that insurance companies are in the business of making money and they  are not trying to pay out on claims if they can avoid it.
