Police and fire rescue crews responded to the scene of a bad crash in South Beach early Monday morning. Fire Rescue and the Miami Beach Police Department arrived on the scene at the intersection of Collins avenue and 16th street. The crash occurred when a SUV rear ended a sedan with three occupants.
